Congratulations to the Shipmates for their great performance at Miss Dance Drill Team Texas Competition
The Brazosport Shipmates Dance Team had another successful competition at the Miss Dance Drill Team Texas Competition on February 25, 2017
In the officer division, the Shipmate officers earned a Super Sweepstakes and Judges Award, a Choreography Award with the officer open, officer contemporary and officer novelty. In addition, the officers also earned Best in Class Officers.
In the team division, the ladies earned a Super Sweepstakes and Judges Award, a Choreography Award with team novelty, team modern, team hip hop, team pom and team military.
The team also won BEST IN CLASS Runner-Up Team with team dances scoring above a 95!
The Shipmates who competed as soloists earned Division 1's.
The soloists were: Verania Delafuente, Celeste Powell, Ivy Viverette, Ariana Solis, & Ally Gay.
The trio team of Kameryn Arispe, Ketzary Garcia & Cami Gartman also won overall in the trio division.
Way to go, Ladies and Mrs.Hankins on a job well-done!
