Exporter Powerlifter Advances To State

Congratulations to Brazosport's Lataevia Thomas who qualified for the Girls Powerlifting State Meet for her 3rd year in a row!
Thomas will compete at State after winning her 220lb weight class with a total of 930lbs. This total was 120lbs more than 2nd place. On the way to adding to her total, Thomas broke the regional record in the deadlift with a 370lb lift.
Thomas will represent Brazosport in the State meet in Waco on Friday, March 15, 2019.
