Brazosport administrators, faculty and staff are very excited at the start of the 2024-2025 school year!
Below are some of our campus wide expectations:
- Be Safe, Be Responsible, Be Respectful
- Not seen, not heard, not taken: Cell phones are not allowed to be out during instructional time.
- Smart Tardies: Students are not allowed into class after the tardy bell without a pass from an office.
- No pass periods: 1, 3, 5, 7, & Homeroom
- 10-10 Rule: Students are not allowed to leave class the first 10 minutes or the last 10 minutes of class.
- Students are not allowed to leave class without a pass.
- All students will be in BISD Dress Code during the school day.
Homeroom Expectations:
- Announcements will happen at the start of every homeroom period.
- Students need to use homeroom to check their attendance and grades.
- If something is amiss, students should contact their teachers or work on missing work.
- If there is no specific instruction, students should work on homework or read a book.
- Cell phone use is NOT allowed during homeroom.
- No passes out of class during homeroom.
Students with off periods or college classes:
- No students are allowed to hang out in the hallways or galley during off periods.
- Students should leave campus or report to the library during these times.
- Students will be given a color coded sticker to be placed on their ID to be allowed to leave campus or entry into the library during these times.
