**BISD has safety protocols in place for the district and as students begin returning to campus. We will send this information out soon so you are confident in the return. If your student does not own a face covering for nose and mouth, please secure one for them prior to returning to campus. All cleaning and sanitizing products will be safe (non-aerosol) for daily usage and not harmful to general irritants. Deep cleaning will occur each evening after students have left.
**CHROMEBOOKS
Chromebook makeup deployment is scheduled next week on 8/17 and 8/18 @ Brazosport High School from 8 am - 4 pm.

The Parent Self Serve program will provide access for parents to specific authorized student data including attendance, assignments, and grades. We will also make student schedules for the 2020-2021 school year available through Parent Self Serve on Tuesday, August 18, 2020. Please update your personal information and ensure your username and password are working correctly. If you are having any type of issues, please use the link to help you create an account, set notifications, and/or reset or change your passwords. **School Supplies - Lists will be provided by your students' teachers and they will receive that on the first week of school.
**Free SAT test for all Brazosport ISD 12th Grade Registration The SAT form link can be found at: https://docs.google.com/…/1FAIpQLSejBd5zRHS6JDmQXm…/viewform
Please complete the brief registration form above to indicate that you wish to participate in the free face-to-face administration of the SAT exam on September 23, 2020. The test is available to all interested Brazosport ISD 12th graders.
Because there is currently no "at home" option to take the SAT, the exam will be administered face-to-face at Brazosport High School and Brazoswood High School on September 23, 2020 to all interested 12th grade students free of charge.

Homeroom Teachers (Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors have the same from last year) will be contacting their students for First Day Procedures. Please check your email.
Information will include where students login to begin their day.
Contact will be through email and phone numbers on file.

Students who will be reporting to campus for those two weeks, will follow their schedule
ALL Students will Login to their Homeroom Class through Schoology at 7:30 am
After homeroom they will follow their schedule in Schoology

**Brazosport High School Bell Schedule
2020-2021 (first 2 days):
**BISD Child Nutrition Services - Serving ALL Learners
CEP (All students eat free) will continue this year at Freeport Campuses.
At School lunches - (BISD staff’s students and then phased in students): Students will be served on site at the time designated by the campus administration. Breakfast and lunch will be available daily.
At Home/Virtual lunches - Anyone enrolled in BISD but not attending a campus:
Breakfast and lunch will be available daily, at one pick up. Meals can be picked up between 12pm-1pm daily.
All meals will be counted and claimed, which means, students who pick up a meal will be charged at their status of Free, Reduced and Paid. This makes it very important for all families to fill out the application. We will charge their account for meals picked up.
We will not be able to make change in the curbside service, but we will be able to accept cash payments. Ex. If a parent hands us a 20 dollar bill, we CAN deposit that into the account. We can NOT give change for purchase of just one meal.
These meals are only for ENROLLED students. This is not extended to younger siblings, only enrolled students.
Please have some type of proof of enrollment. If you do not have anything, we can look them up.
Curbside meals will be available at all campuses, so we are asking parents to go to the campus where their child is enrolled to pick up their meals. Pick up will be a curbside service through a drive that is nearest the cafeteria (preferably covered.)
If a family has more than one child, they will be allowed to pick up all of their meals at one location.
