On Saturday at the Alamo Stadium in San Antonio, the Brazosport High track and field athletes made their mark by qualifying for the state meet in 4 events. Only the top 2 in each event advanced on.
Senior Lornell Fuller finished 2nd in the 400 Meter run
Freshman Aja Gore finished 2nd in Shot Put
Kayla Nieto, Lornell Fuller, Simone Fuller and Katie Traylor finished 1st in the 1,600 relay
Michael Champ, Ameer King, Raymond Saldivar and Fabian Peoples finished 2nd in the 800 relay
